Pictures and thoughts

Few pictures from last week when we had playdate at the Frida's place, eg. on the countryside! She lives about 20 min from the closest store and in a wonderful house. It's huge and old fashioned in a good way. Frida loves where she lives but I would probably not like to live that far away from the "society". As you can see below she has cows (who is going to be food) and also two cute dogs. Finally I could cuddle with a dog! Miss you Aladdin so usually I sit at the beach and dogs come to me for cuddle haha. 

Yesterday I babysat and it didn't went good as last time haha. Well finally when the kids were asleep I saw Despicable Me 2 and Safe Haven. Both very good movies but I probably missed few thing from the second one when the movie stopped and I had to fast forward it. 

Today I'm going to my first surf lesson, wohooo! And tonight we are going to celebrate a friend with bbq and going out in town. 

Christmas is on it's way but I can't feel the christmas atmosphere... I want dark and cold days with christmas songs and candles. Weird with summertime and not having my family around. But I'm sure it's going to be great with my "new" family. Soon starts the baking though. Think it's going to be a lot baking actually haha. Have a amazing weekend, Love!

Amazing day at the beach

The summer heat is coming to us and this weekend I've been at my friend Lina's place. We just cross the street to get to the beach! It's a beautiful beach and actually not that cold in the water if you are swimming for a while. Of course we forgot to put sunblock on our back so we got sunburned... Otherwise, we had a great day and we used my GoPro as well. Have nothing more interesting to say today so have a awesome week. Next weekend i'm going to my first surf lesson!! Byeee

Playdate with Frida and her cute girl Grace at the beach. It's wonderful weather here and it probably sucks in the winter for you guys at home haha! Viggo was a little bit scared of the water but I'm sure he will be better because we are going to the beach many times more ;) amazing work, isn't!!? Also used my GoPro and the pictures are kind of fish eye filter. Need to figure out how I can show you my videos. 

Tonight I'm babysitting and until now everything have gone really good. Well its only after eight so I see later what happens.

Miscellaneous!

This weekend I visited some relatives in Otorohanga (about three hrs drive with bus) and had a great time. BUT for the forth time I was sick with bad headache, fever and swollen throat. That part was not fun because had to cancel the surf lesson... Otherwise I did the Black Water Rafting in Waitomo caves, even if I didn't feel 100%. The rafting was beautiful, not speedy as White water rafting, but peaceful when we sat on batch rings and paddle under glowing worms. The cave roofs looked like the nightsky with all the glowing worms, amazing! Wanted to take my GoPro with me but was not aloud to... Have eat awesome food and also taste on huge crayfish (looked like lobster) that the oldest son had captured. I did not take many photos so I'll upload miscellaneous from this week.

I just love it!

Today I got my GoPro Hero3+ Black Edition!! It's just awesome and the newest one. This is a camera to take photos/record videos in adventures with speed or under water etc. I could have it in daily life to record nice videos and probably I'll do it in the beginning so I learn how to use it.
Even this one I got more cheap, e.g. $530 instead of the already discounted price $599. Just love this cheap country haha. Though I forgot to buy a memory card so have to do that tomorrow. Until then I try to learn it. OMG imagine those videos and pictures I can take now!!! In the end of my year I might do a collection video, look forward to that people. Cheeeeeeers!

Weekend in Auckland

Hello everyone, my weekly update here! Think it's easier with one post per week when it doesn't happen something special during week. Besides in wednesday haha... I was on my way to a friend for playdate and she lives kind of in the countryside, and when I was going up a stone covered hill the family car couldn't make it. The wheels only span and it's a new car so I don't want to destroy it of course. We decided to go to the library instead and I was going to turn around in a yard and I got stuck in the mud. What is the odds for that?? I slowly started to slide downhill and almost panicked, but finally I came out from the mud and happily could continue my drive. Haha not a fun moment...
During weekend I slept at Johanna's place and we had enjoyable days with Sarah and Matilda, so another swedish weekend.
Friday: We took a drink and ate at a restaurant with two other friends and then met up few more people to see Art in the dark, which is lights combined with art placed in a park. Really nice actually and especially when people slipped at the muddy grass haha.
Saturday: Went to see waterfalls not far out to west. Johanna thinks I'm the worst navigator haha but finally we found the right place. Matilda had a friend from Sweden (and his two friends) that joined us. At the night we went out for some party and it was successful.
Sunday: Redbull had a event with coaster car race and such a good day with beautiful weather! Later on we went of shopping but I didn't find anything.
