This morning I met a personal trainer at the gym to make a schedule for my workout. It contains a lot of cardio and he says if I reduce the fat then the muscles will be shown and thats why I only have to do one workout with lifting weights per week. Of course I need to change my food and from I will eat five small meals per day, which fit the lifestyle here in New Zealand. I don't remember if I mentioned that but here they eat breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. My cheat day(s) will be when I drink alcohol and I will not eat "bad" food during week. Hopefully this will achieve my goals, because when you go outside there are a lot of people who is running so it might be a successful exercise. The summer starts in december and until then I will give this a change. I also want to start play soccer soon, I miss that a lot. Maybe I find a friend to workout with cause it will make it more fun of course. Today I start work after lunch and am now going to prepare something to do with the kids.
